Pittrice e scrittrice inglese, sorella di Lucy e di Charlotte Adams. Le tre sorelle sono figlie di George Adams, chirurgo e speziale di Billericay (Essex) e della moglie Anne.

Attiva a Billericay, quindi a Londra, dove è attiva come insegnante d’arte ed espone tra il 1828 e il 1843 (Myrone riporta però solo gli anni 1834-1837). Esegue paesaggi ad acquerello (tra questi è segnalata una Village Scene, 1837) e copie da Ruisdael.
