On Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., the online meeting “Waste Reduction in Bologna Estate 2025 Events: Sharing Experiences” will be held, dedicated to event organizers participating in the Bologna Estate 2025 call.

The initiative is organized by the Metropolitan City of Bologna, with the support of the Municipality of Bologna and the collaboration of ANCI Emilia-Romagna, within the framework of the European project MINEV, and represents a moment of exchange on the experiences gained in reducing waste during events, with a particular focus on waste generated from food and beverage service.

During the webinar, three local organizations organizing events in the 2025 edition of Bologna Estate –Danzare il Tramonto Festival, SUN Donato Festival, and Comini Espress – will share their challenges and best practices faced during the 2025 edition. An open discussion among participants will follow to gather reflections and operational proposals.
